To All Users of St. Anne's Community Centre
We have always run the Centre so that it can be highly accessible to all Community groups.
On occasions, people have forgotten to turn off lights, taps have been left running, cooker left on and doors unsecured. It would be very helpful if the person in charge could run through the check list below before leaving the premises:
1) Lights off (including the toilet entrance way light and the accessible toilet. These lights are not on a sensor)
2) Taps off
3) Cooker off
4) All windows closed
5) If you have used the kitchen, please leave clean and tidy with everything returned to correct place
6) Turn off the wall mounted water boiler for making teas after use
7) Hardwick room door secured
8) Main door locked if you are the last to leave
Your help in keeping the building secure for everyone would be much appreciated. St Anne's Pastoral Parish Council.
